How does a fragrance brand earn attention during one of the most crowded cultural moments of the year?
As international soccer took over feeds and conversations across Canada during the World Cup, Azzaro wanted to launch its new fragrance with an experience that could match the energy of the moment, without becoming another piece of advertising competing for attention.
The challenge was to translate Azzaro Wanted’s bold, magnetic identity into a creator-led experience audiences would actively follow, help solve and share.

The brand name already contained the game mechanic.
Wanted is the language of bounties, pursuit and rewards. It is cinematic, instantly understood and naturally playable. That gave us an ownable creative territory rooted in the product rather than borrowed from the surrounding cultural moment.
We combined that idea with a simple audience truth: a hunt is more compelling when viewers can help solve it. Instead of asking creators to promote the fragrance, we gave them a role to play and invited their communities into the mission.

Bounty Drop: a live-action scavenger hunt built around Azzaro Wanted.
Three Toronto creators were cast as bounty hunters and given one day to follow a trail of clues, challenges and puzzles across the city. Their communities became the crew, helping decode clues and complete the mission in real time. The reward waiting at the end belonged to the audience.
The creators were the protagonists. Their communities were their crew. Azzaro was the Bounty Master.

A multi-stop hunt designed for participation and capture.
The mission began at home with an unboxing. Inside a gold Azzaro locker, each creator discovered the fragrance, a soccer ball and a sealed envelope marked FOR WANTED EYES ONLY. The message revealed that a bounty was hidden somewhere in Toronto and the hunt was already live.
From there, the creators moved through a sequence of physical and digital challenges: completing a soccer skill test in the Distillery District, unlocking a cocktail inspired by the fragrance’s notes, decoding a cipher displayed on the Azzaro truck, and searching a Sephora store for engraved bottles that concealed the final combination.
At the Azzaro pop-up at the CF Toronto Eaton Centre, the code opened a gold safe and revealed the ultimate bounty: Azzaro Wanted bottles for the creators’ communities. Every location, clue and reveal was designed to give audiences something to anticipate, discuss or help solve.

FROM EXPERIENCE TO CONTENT ENGINE

Bounty Drop connected experiential design, creator storytelling, retail and paid media in one system. An on-site production crew followed the hunt, capturing the story alongside the creators’ own footage. The resulting content was released across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts, then amplified through creator channels and paid media.
By designing every mission for capture, Haus of Park turned a one-day live activation into 20 campaign assets that could travel far beyond the streets of Toronto.

Across paid and organic content, Bounty Drop generated 7.5 million views, reached 2.9 million viewers and drove more than 20,600 engagements. Approximately one million impressions were generated organically, and 90% of the reached audience was Canadian.
The campaign also earned visibility beyond Canada when Azzaro’s global account amplified the content, extending a local activation into the brand’s international ecosystem.
WHY IT MATTERS
Bounty Drop demonstrated that an experiential activation can do more than create a moment on the ground. When the live experience, creator roles and audience mechanics are designed together, the activation becomes a source of creator-native media with built-in narrative momentum.
Instead of placing Azzaro beside a cultural conversation, we created a story the brand could own: one rooted in its name, expressed through play and built to travel across creator, retail and media channels.
